Shipping policy

The shipment of your product is our highest priority and everyday we dispatch dozens of products to satisfied customers around the world. Our shipping and handling times can vary depending on the country.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number allowing you to easily track your order.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order or change the shipping address, it must be done as soon as possible. If we already processed your order, then we will not be able to cancel or amend the order.

FAILED DELIVERY

If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.

On the basis that the package cannot be delivered due to the incorrect address being entered at checkout and is returned to the sender. The customer must cover the shipping cost to have this re-shipped to the correct address.
