I deal with rosacea in my middle age, and it's been fairly bad - type 2 (with the breakouts). I flare from stress, cold, spicy food, heat, my cycle, and nothing has helped. As an added bonus, I have allergic reactions to some cosmetic products, and they cause eczema flares. I have been to dermatologists and med spas.
