I deal with rosacea in my middle age, and it's been fairly bad - type 2 (with the breakouts). I flare from stress, cold, spicy food, heat, my cycle, and nothing has helped. I got back on this routine, and it's been smooth sailing again. I still get situational red flares sometimes, but beyond one or two minor blemishes, I never have the massive breakouts I did for YEARS.
